Valid worldwide – comprehensive health insurance cover on your business trip

Short business trips frequently mean an additional burden for travellers and their health. DKV Globality offers comprehensive health insurance cover for short business trips by your employees, as well as for foreign guests visiting your company.

Globality CoGenio Business Travel is available for all your company’s employees and business partners who temporarily travel abroad for no more than 90 days in conjunction with their business activities. The duration of insurance can be adjusted simply and flexibly if the period of residence abroad is extended for reasons arising after departing on the trip. In addition, marital or non-marital partners and children accompanying the traveller abroad can also be included in the insurance if desired.

Simple and easy business travel processes

Under the Globality CoGenio Business Travel health insurance plan, you simply purchase a number of travel days per year which you can then use at your discretion. It is not necessary to register the individual travellers. Before setting off on the business trip the Personnel Department should provide the employee with the DKV Globality information sheet, which contains all necessary policy information, a claim form including the confirmation of insurance as well as a form for the visa application.

Comprehensive advisory and assistance services

The scope of benefits includes all outpatient, inpatient and dental treatments by licensed doctors worldwide, as well as evacuation and repatriation costs. In addition, DKV Globality offers comprehensive assistance services which are tailored to the needs of business travellers. We support your employees worldwide, through our 24-hour service with experienced counsellors, doctors and specialists, as well as by guaranteeing the assumption of costs and/ or paying an advance.
